You are located in Australia so you key in 480 into the Total Apparent Weight field and then choose Australia and New Zealand from the Destination drop down list. Click the Submit button and the estimated express postage and registered airmail postage for the 3 items will be displayed.
In this example, the estimated express postage is AU$15.44 while the estimated normal registered postage is AU$8.64. So by paying a small extra of AU$6.80, you will be able to have the items shipped via express post to you. |

However it should not be deemed exact and final as the actual combined weight of your parcel may be slightly different from the total apparent weight you key in. This is especially true when the apparent weight is very close to the multiples of 500g. For an exact express shipping for your order, please contact us. |

| The estimated transit time quoted is the transit time committed by FedEx under normal circumstances. Delays caused by customs inspection that may sometimes happen may increase the transit time. |

| 1. | | How long does it take to get my item if sent via FedEx? |
| When there is no customs delay, parcels usually get delivered between 1 to 3 days to USA and Canada, 2 to 4 days to Australia and New Zealand, and 2 to 5 days to most Western European and Scandinavian countries.
If there is a deadline to meet, please let us know and we can work out a more exact delivery time for you based on your postcode. |

| 2. | | How is the express postage calculated? |
| The express postage is calculated based on the destination and also the total weight of your parcel. If the destination is somewhere remote, a remote charge of AU$12.50 may be applicable. To check whether a remote charge is applicable to you, you can download the pdf file here containing the postcode where a remote charge is applicable.
The FedEx express postage rate increases every 500 grams. It is possible to manage your order so that the total apparent weight is just below every multiples of 500g. This way, the difference between the express postage and normal registered postage is the smallest. |

| 3. | | What is the difference between apparent weight and actual weight? |
| When we show the weight of an item in our listings, we are calling it the apparent weight to differentiate it with the actual weight of an item. This is to avoid misunderstanding that the weight of the item displayed in the listing is the actual weight.
Apparent weight is only applicable when you are considering to send your order via express post. Apparent weight is a calculated weight taking into account not only the weight of the item but also the weight of the packaging needed for that item. |
