If you are a retail shop, why are you selling on ebay?

The more stock you buy from wholesalers, the cheaper the price. The more you freight stock around the country (and overseas), the easier it is to negotiate lower freight costs, levies and fuel surcharges. We have been business for over 9 years and as you become more established in business, your turnover increases which is great however there's one problem for us: a fixed number of population in our mining town. Thus, we have to literally keep stock moving along by selling to other people, and ebay is a fantastic, safe platform with so many advantages for the buyer so it's win-win.

Are your items you sell genuine?

All products we sell in our physical shop, and so our ebay store have been supplied to us by Australian Wholesalers eg Telstra for mobile phones, Love N Care for strollers & Travel Cots, 20th Century Fox Australia for Blu -Ray DVDs. Purchasing through our ebay store would involve literally taking stock from our shop, packaging it in bubblewrap and posting it to you - ie it's the same items our customers in our shop happily purchase off the shelf.

Warranty Claims if an item I purchased is defective?
As with our shop customers, every purchase you make we includes a tax invoice as proof of purchase with the relevant warrantly details. Warranty claims are an unlikely event however as you have purchased the product from us, simply contact us with details and we will endevour to do our best to rectify any issues. With some products there may be a registration card included upon receival of goods where you fill in the serial number with your proof of purchase and forward to the wholesaler for details about your ownership.

How long will items take to arrive from your mining town to us in <your location where you live>?
It would depend on the size, which dictates the transport method, and ultimately where you are located. We only list items we have in stock - a cleared payment will see your products packaged and dispatched within 24 hours. Express Satchels work well for us - for our listings advertised FREE express Satchel, expect to receive your products within 1 - 2 business days. Regular Australia Post to most capital cities eg Brisbane, Sydney takes between 2 - 3 days. The more rural you are, the longer it would take. We provide tracking numbers when relevant and communicate to you regularly during the sale process to inform you of the shipping progress.

If I don't like it, can I return it and get my money back?
We specifically take the time to make sure that everything within our listings are accurate, true and
honest. If the unlikely event the product is faulty, or does not do what we have described the product to do, simply contact us and return the product in accordance with our terms and conditions :- Returns Procedure. As with our shop customers, we simply won't provide refund if you don't like it, change your mind, or bought incorrectly.

Can I call you and buy something else?
To comply with Ebay's communications policy, we are to communiate within the ebay channels, which provides you, the buyer, a safe environment to shop. If there is something else you would like, please contact us and let us know what you are after. If we have in stock we will list it through our ebay store where you can make your purchase within the ebay platform.
