On our Australian eBay Store we use Australia Post - nationally and internationally - fully trackable express postal system for your peace of mind. Australia Post are one of Australia's largest postal networks.
Please note that Australia Post is not associated with Powerflow Performance Pty Ltd. Do not leave negative or neutral feedback regarding freight issues as we are not in control of logistics matters. If you have any concerns with your delivery, please e-mail us and we will contact Australia Post on your behalf to solve any problems.
Delivery costs include handling, quality packing to keep your item safe, fuel levies, tracking options and express courier costs were applicable.
Items are sent within 1-3 days depending on buyer location and your payment being confirmed by eBay. Shipment of your purchase usually happens within12-24 hours for PayPal, Internet Banking or 3 days for Visa, Mastercard or 5 days clearance for eCheques.
Combined shipping can be arranged when purchasing multiple items from our eBay Store to reduce customer freight costs and requires an email request from the purchaser.

Shipping:

- Some items may be calculated based on a buyers location and require your input to generate shipping rates.
- When payment is received and cleared, your order will be processed on the next business day and ready for shipping.
- Shipments are made during business hours, Monday - Friday.
- In most cases you will receive your goods quickly, but please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
- If you have not received your parcel after 14 business days, please contact us and we will be happy to check with the carrier to see what could be causing the delay.

Returns

- Prior authorization is required for all returns.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- Refund Policy: Exchange.
- Refunds will be made in the same manner the customer originally paid.
- We will process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered (including painting) are non-returnable.
- A $10 restocking fee applies and will be deducted from your purchased product total amount (excluding shipping costs).
