Term and Condition

Warranty
  • If the listing do not mention any warranty information then we will provide 90 days warranty. Please check the listing for the correct warranty period
  • We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOA's must be contact/return to us within 7 days. Needs help with warranty and returns please email us first
  • If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 7 day period days from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.
  • We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. You have to contact us before you return anything
  • All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty. e.g Battery , earphone,cable,carry bag...
  • The warranty is voided where damage to the product is caused by reason other then manufacturer's defects, accident, misuse, improper use, abuse, faulty operation contrary to recommended usage, transportation damage or when product has been tampered, altered, modified, converted, repaired or serviced other than by us or when this warranty has been tampered, amended and also on cosmetic damages, wear n' tear, damage to accessories
