Payment

We will contact you within 24 hours of purchase. We would appreciate payment within 5 days of purchase. Once we have received your cleared payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 1 business day (Mon-Fri).

A tax invoice can be supplied on request.

We accept PAYPAL payments, credit card payments as well as direct bank deposit.



Postage

We only ship items within Australia. Please check your postal address. We use Australia Post or Couriers depending on your location and size of parcel etc. When we use Australia Post we use the eBay Parcelpost satchels with online tracking available at www.auspost.com.au/track. When we use a Courier Service, online tracking is available. Once your order is dispatched an email is sent to you with a tracking number and URL link to the relevant company to track your order.

Once we have received your cleared payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 1 business day (Mon-Fri). Exact delivery times depend on your location - as a guide 3-7 working days (longer for remote areas).

We are happy to combine postage if you purchase more than one item. if you would like to know the postage price beforehand simply email us with your postcode and we will let you know the cost.

To purchase multiple items you need to commit to buy them through eBay by clicking the BUY IT NOW button for all the items you want BUT DO NOT PAY for each item as you go - click the continue shopping with this seller button until you have all the items you require.

Then email us to let us know you have finished shopping and require your invoice and we will combine your purchases onto the one invoice and discount the postage price for you. We then email you the invoice so you can make one payment for the total owing.

If you require express postage, please select this at checkout. You must be located within Australia Post’s Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery network. Please check the Australia Post Guaranteed Next Day Delivery network to see if you are eligible for next business day delivery. If you live outside the network, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.



Returns

We accept returns and are always willing to help our customers. If the item arrives damaged, contact us first. We require pictures to be sent to us. Once we have assessed the damage, we will either refund or replace for a new item. We may also lodge a claim with Australia Post or the Courier Company in question for damaged items.

For a change of mind or if you’re not quite happy with your purchase, please contact us first. We will accept returns with the item having to be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving it for full refund of purchase price less postage & handling costs. Note that item returned must be in its original packaging with all accessories and is in a re-sellable condition. We will gladly refund you the total amount less shipping & handling costs.
