 | Q: How do I buy multiple items and combine postage? |

 | A: Just buy the quantity of each item using it's Buy-It-Now button but DON'T PAY straight away. Once you have bought all of the items you want just contact us and we will send a combined invoice.
We can quote the postage beforehand - just contact us and let us know what you want. |
 | Q: Can you leave me feedback? |

 | A: Positive feedback is left automatically upon receipt of positive feedback. Sorry if this seems impersonal but there just aren't enough hours in a day for us to leave our feedback individually! |
 | Q: Do you post by 2nd Class or Surface Mail? |

 | A: Sorry but our post contract does not cover 2nd Class post and we never use Surface Mail. We offer 1st Class (plus Recorded option) and Special Delivery in the UK, and Airmail, International Signed-For and Airsure outside the UK and these cover 99.9% of our needs. |
 | Q: What payment methods do you accept. |

 | A: We accept PayPal payment for all items and from every buyer. We also accept bank transfer payments in GBP Sterling from most buyers (contact us beforehand to confirm if you are outside the UK).
We also accept GBP Sterling Postal Orders or direct card payment by Maestro, Mastercard, Solo and Visa. |
 | Q: Do you combine postage on multiple items? |

 | A: Yes, we always combine postage. Reductions vary depending on the size and weights of the items bought but you would pay the postage cost of the highest item then usually save on the postage costs of the other items.
In the UK if you spend more than £25.00 you can receive free standard UK postage. |
 | Q: How much is postage for more than one of the item |

 | A: If you look in the 'Postage and payment' tab in the listing it will show the cost for the first item and for each additional item for each postal service. e.g. for three of an item just add the first postage cost plus 2 x the additional postage cost. |

 | A: Yes, if you buy more than one item please wait for our invoice before paying so that we can combine all your items into one order and give the best postage deal. |

 | A: Yes - We always reduce postage costs for multiple purchases.
In some cases we may have to ship multiple purchases separately. If the combined weight would exceed 2KG then we can't send by Airmail, for example. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
 |
 | A: We always aim to ship within 1 working day of receipt of cleared payment and guarantee to ship within two working days. Our listings advise the estimated delivery time of the postal services we offer. We have no control over these times, however, but very few are late.
We ALWAYS send an eBay Dispatch Notification e-mail for every item sent. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: All shipping and handling costs are shown in our listings, often with alternatives where available.
If you want an special shipping method (such as tracked or guaranteed) please e-mail us BEFORE bidding or buying.
If you buy more than one item, ALWAYS wait for our combined invoice before paying! |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Yes, apart from some very heavy items, we sell to Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Asia and South America. Please note that items over 2kg in weight can only be shipped by courier and so are much more expensive than lighter items which can ship by Airmail.
We will NOT ship items by Surface Mail as this takes too long. |
 | Q: What if my item doesn't arrive? |
 |
 | A: It is very rare for items to be genuinely lost. Many of our items are too large for letterboxes and may be returned to a local sorting office if no one is in to take them.
In genuine cases of lost mail, we will send you a claim form to confirm the details and return to us then we will arrange a replacement or refund. |
