I create my own unique puzzle rings. Naturally, being different from the original Turkish puzzle ring, all my rings assemble differently as well.

Payment
We accept payment through PayPal only.

You don't need a PayPal account to pay through them.

Shipping
Processing Time :

We send orders within 2 weeks.
Our rings are sent by Registered Mail from Thailand, where I am currently living.

Delivery Time :

It usually takes 2~3 weeks to reach you unless Oz Customs Dept intervenes.

So if you order now you will get it in about 4~5 weeks (Processing Time + Shipping Time), but if Oz Customs intervenes shipping could take up to 2 months.

We always provide each customer with a tracking number. Registered Mail is the most secure way of shipping and we haven't lost a parcel so far.

Rush Order
If you want us to speed up the processing of your ring you can pay for Rush Order :

Your Ring Size
Please give us your ring size when you order. I can make any size you like including half sizes and quarter sizes also.

During the check-out process with PayPal, you will have the opportunity to leave your ring size in the "note to seller", or you can simply send me an eBay message.

Please follow this link to view the conversion chart for ring sizes that I use :

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ring_size

If the size you order isn't correct, you have the option of exchanging.

Size Exchange or Re-sizing
The best option for determining your size accurately is to walk into a jeweler's shop and ask them to measure it for you.

If you decide that the size you ordered needs to be changed, you have the option of returning your ring for an exchange or re-sizing. Simply contact us and we will let you know the procedure.

Size exchange is free except for the $5 we will charge for posting your new ring to you.

(* For re-sizing, I do not make rings larger, except if it is only by a small amount (since that can easily be done by stretching on a mandrel). The reason for this is simple - making a ring larger involves inserting an extra piece of metal into the back of each band, which is far too time-consuming. *)

Refund
If you feel that the ring(s) you have received are substantially different from what you have seen advertised, or are defective in any way, please notify us (within a week) for a full refund. We will also cover the cost of returning the ring to us.

If the ring is not defective, but you have simply changed your mind, you have the option of returning it to us. We will refund you the cost of the ring itself, but not the cost of posting it to you, or any Matte Finish, Engraving, or Rush Order fee you might have paid. In addition, you would need to pay the cost of returning the ring to us.

Free Repair
While every care is taken during their manufacture, it is a possibility that a soldered joint will fail at some point in the life of your ring. If this happens, I will repair it free of charge.

Please note that silver is a soft metal and you need to be careful with your ring. We will not be responsible for any deformation caused by your rough treatment. I am still willing to repair a deformed ring, but will charge you for this service.

Also, when you inform us please attach photos of your ring showing how it is damaged.
