| A:You may return the product within 2 weeks of receiving it for a refund (Excluding Postage & Handling), the following steps need to be taken.
* Contact QBD Online and receive a authorisation number.
* Fill in the returns information on the back of your invoice and include it with your return.
* Return the product to QBD in its original condition |

| A:For deliveries throughout Australia, you only pay one delivery fee per order, a flat rate of $6.00 (AUS). |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Delivery times vary for Standard Delivery within Australia. If the product or all the products you have ordered are in stock, delivery should be within 3-10 working days. If you have ordered a product not in stock, delivery should be within 6-15 working days. |
