Warranty and Return
WARRANTY
All electronic
products carries a 12 months repair warranty against manufacture defects (unless
specified in individual listing).
Mobile phones
carries both 12 months repair & door-to-door pickup warranty.
Quality Deals will
cover all of your warranty claims. We can assist and deal with warranties locally for Australian customers
(unless specified in individual listing).
Should there be a
warranty claim, please email us describing (in detail) how the product is faulty
and what events occurred before the malfunction. We will try to determine the
reason and provide a suitable solution before actually accepting the return.
After we have
determined a repair is necessary, you will be issued an RMA number. When sending
the item back to us for repair, you will need to quote the given RMA number with
the package. Should you fail providing an RMA with the package, we are not
responsible for any further delays.
AUSTRALIAN
CUSTOMERS CAN RETURN THEIR ITEM TO SYDNEY. WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH LOCAL
WARRANTY SERVICES!
Please note,
we reserve the right to refuse returns for items sent back to us without our
permission and consultation.
Door-to-door pickup warranty conditions (ONLY applicable to mobile phones):
Buyers will be
covered by door-to-door pickup warranty for mobile phones bought from Quality
Deals LTD. All the warranty conditions in this section ("Warranty and Return")
applies.
Should warranty
claim be valid, a pickup service will be organised by the courier. It is the
buyer's responsibility to ensure:

the correct
return address and item description has to be properly filled in the
document provided by the courier
-
the returned
item needs to be properly packaged so no physical damage takes place in
transit
-
the returned
item is definitely faulty that needs repair services
We cannot be held
responsible for:
-
incorrect
return address filled
-
physical
damage caused by inadequate packaging
-
cost of
postage (back and forth) for returned items that diagnosed to work perfectly
(by third party service provider)
Warranty
terms and conditions:

This Limited
Warranty does not cover user manuals or any third party software, settings,
content, data or links, whether included/downloaded in the Product, whether
included during instalment, assembly, shipping or at any other time in the
delivery chain or otherwise and in any way acquired by you. To the extent
permitted by applicable law(s), we do not guaranty that any software
will meet your requirements, will work in combination with any hardware or
software applications provided by a third party, that the operation of the
software will be uninterrupted or error free or that any defects in the
software are correctable or will be corrected.

This Limited
Warranty does not cover:

normal wear
and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of camera lenses,
batteries or displays)
-
transport
costs
-
defects
caused by rough handling (including, without limitation, defects caused
by sharp items, by bending, compressing or dropping, etc)
-
defects or
damage caused by misuse of the Product, including use that is contrary
to the instructions provided by The Manufacturer (e.g. as set out in the
Product's user guide) and/or e) other acts beyond the reasonable control
of The Manufacturer.

defects
or damage caused by liquid (applies to waterproof cameras)
-
defects
or damage caused to other products associated with the purchased product

This Limited
Warranty does not cover defects or alleged defects caused by the fact that
the Product was used with, or connected to, a product, accessories, software
and/or service not manufactured, supplied or authorised by The Manufacturer
or was used otherwise than for its intended use. Defects can be caused by
viruses from your or from a third party's unauthorised access to services,
other accounts, computer systems or networks. This unauthorised access can
take place through hacking, password-mining or through a variety of other
means.

This Limited
Warranty does not cover defects caused by the fact that the battery has been
short-circuited or by the fact that the seals of the battery enclosure or
the cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or by the fact that the
battery has been used in equipment other than those for which it has been
specified.

This Limited
Warranty does not apply if the Product has been opened, modified or repaired
by anyone other than an authorised service centre, if it is repaired using
unauthorised spare parts or if the Product's serial number, the mobile
accessory date code or the IMEI number has been removed, erased, defaced,
altered or are illegible in any way and this shall be determined in the sole
discretion of The Manufacturer.

Accessories that
are NOT covered under the terms of the warranty include flashes, batteries,
power adapter, digital media, software, LCD, lenses and additional
accessories, other expenses or consequential damages.

This
Limited Warranty does not apply if the Product has been exposed to moisture,
to dampness or to extreme thermal or environmental conditions or to rapid
changes in such conditions, to corrosion, to oxidation, to spillage of food
or liquid or to influence from chemical products.
DOA (Dead On Arrival)
An item is
declared DOA when malfunction is reported within 24 hours of arrival. Customers
will have to inform us by email as soon as possible when DOA is discovered.
Returns for DOA items must be received within 14 calendar days. Replacement will
be dispatched immediately once DOA has been confirmed and received.
Handling charge of $15 will be apply for false claim plus our return postage
cost. Please verify with us before sending the item back.
RETURN
Buyer will be
responsible for ALL return costs under any circumstances. Customers located in
Australia is strongly advised to send their items to Sydney (saves substantial
cost) for your peace of mind.
Buyers located in
countries other than Taiwan and Australia will have to send their returns back
to our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Day Money Back Satisfaction Guaranty
It is our commitment to make you satisfied. If are not satisfied
with your purchase, please keep in mind that we will refund your money within 7
days of purchase. However, returns must be received within 14 calendar days under new
and/or original and/or resellable and/or sealed and packed condition.
All customers
should choose the right product for their needs. In the case where customers
changed their minds, an exchange of either another product of equal value or a
15% (of item + postage) restocking fee will be applied.
