This seller gave a good effort in trying to tackle on the issue in regards to the faulty item received by me. After getting a feedback, they contacted me to resolve the concern. As they claimed that this case occur due to a bad stock from their supplier but this rarely happens. Eventually, this seller committed to compensate for my inconvenient experience with this item. Seller gave a fake tracking number on Monday 12th of February so they could say it was sent which it wasn’t, now today Monday the 19th of February after many attempts to contact the seller, they gave me a new tracking number. The new tracking number was only registered with auspost on Wednesday the 14th at 8:32am and auspost only received my item today Monday the 19th of Feb at 9:10am. Do not trust this seller as it appears they’re a drop shipping seller from another country.

Buyer expected item on weekend order was processed following morning 13/02/2024
tracking number is valid with AusPost, tracking can take 1-2 days to update when scanned. Note Delivery is stated in description and eBay 2-8 Business Days, buyer wanted item on weekend coming-up which we never said gurantee or anything as we go by AusPost standard Guidelines we are based in Sydney Australia have never had issue like this before, was demanded having item by saturday or refund.
