Returns Policy Damaged Goods Any items received damaged should be reported by email within 7 days of receipt. I will replace damaged item with an identical item. If no such item is available, the buyer will be offered an alternative or a full refund. Refunds and exchanges will only be made upon receiving the item at sellers location. Change of Mind If you decide you do not wish to keep your item you are covered under the DSR 2000 Regulation. Although you will be required to return the item in the same condition as received and will be responsible for postage for returning item.
