We offer a one year limited
warranty on all of our direct cords. Limited warranty starts on the day
of receiving payment. Limited warranty covers defects from workmanship.
Limited warranty does not cover from use and abuse of product, normal wear
and tear, or damage caused by negligence due to improper installation.
You must contact us before
shipping the item back Safe-N-Sound1 with the R.M.A. number, once we
receive the item, it is to our discretion to either replace the defective
item or to repair the defective item. You hereby agree to pay the return
shipping to us.
If in the case that we do
warrant an exchange, We will ship the replacement item within a five
business day period.
