Handling time is generally 1 business day, sometimes the same day as paid before 12.00pm Vic time.
Expected Delivery Time -
Normal postage time to most countries is 7-14 business days, however not guaranteed by Australia Post as packages are in your country's postal system after arrival in your country. Please be aware that if customs check your parcel it will delay the delivery time.
EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL POST
We are happy to send your parcel by international express post, however it is very expensive - starting from AU$58 for approx 3-5 day delivery

SHIPPING COST
Shipping charges are stated in most listings for one or multiple quantities of item/s from that listing. Please note that this is a base price for the minimum insured package charged by Australia Post (250g). If you are buying small items it may be possible to fit more into that package without extra shipping cost. We are happy to combine items from multiple listings that can be packed together. As there is no way to set up automatic combining of varied items in the ebay system we will calculate the cost based on the package size and destination. All prices exclude any taxes, charges or levies which could be payable to customs authorities in your country.

Due to losses in some countries postal system and to the fact that "Australia Post" will not insure items to a country we cannot send to some destinations including - CANADA, If your country is not listed in the shipping cost section of our listing it is likely that we are unable to send to you. RETURN POLICY

If the item is unsuitable we accept returns sent within 7 days of delivery when advised within 3 days of delivery. Item must be in it's original packaging and unused. Buyer to pay return postage.
