We would appreciate payment within 4 days of total invoice (unless otherwise arranged).
Our goal is to provide the accurate information about our items. However, if for some reason you are not happy with our product or service, please let us know before leaving any neutral of negative feedback and we will try our best to solve the problem. Thank you

RETURN POLICY
Change-of-mind returns - Items can be returned within 14 days if pre-approved by message. Goods must be in original packaging and condition. Buyer to pay return postage. Refund of purchase price without postage cost will be processed within 2 days of return to Yarragon. For goods that were buy-it-now price including post (ebay call it free post) the amount of postage & handling will be deducted from the purchase price prior to refund (please ask if you wish to know the allocated post amount of your purchase prior to return).
If an item is faulty or there is an error with the item sent we will work with you to resolve it to your satisfaction. We try not to make any mistakes but as we are human, we sometimes do. |
