A:30 days money back: Must be in factory sealed, unused condition. 15% restocking fee if returned for any other reason then damage. 30 day exchange on food, water, and respirators only if arrives damaged/defective (first check with shipper for damages)

A:Yes. If you are purchasing multiple items, please wait for us to send you the bill.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:In-stock merchandise is shipped within 1-4 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is delayed for any reason. Read each item description as many of our items have some form of a handling period.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Each item has its own shipping schedule. If you are buying multiple items and want us to combine shipping - WAIT FOR OUR INVOICE!
