SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Charges
For shipping within Australia or for International deliveries to estimate your shipping costs for one or multiple items of this product , please click on the Shipping Calculator provided under the selected product details.
Combined Shipping
Purchasing several items at one time saves tremendously on shipping charges so don't forget to view our extensive range to combine your order and save on shipping costs. We are pleased to offer this option for orders that can be forwarded in the one parcel . Your postage amount will be worked out automatically at checkout. You can then pay using your preferred payment method.
Approximate Delivery Times
Fast Delivery - It is of paramount importance to us that all orders are processed and shipped expeditiously ensuring you will receive your parcel as quickly as possible.
RenoStop ships Monday to Friday and usually within 24 hours of your payment being received. If by some chance there is a delay in sending your parcel we will certainly be in contact.
- Domestic parcels
Metro areas in SE QLD, VIC, NSW, ACT, VIC & SA usually arrive the next business day;
Northern QLD, NT, TAS, WA & Country Areas approx 3-7 working days (varies upon location).
- International parcels
Air Mail 7-10 business days
Packaging
We take great pride in our presentation and packaging to ensure your product arrives as safely as possible.
Insurance
For Australian Buyers, dependant on your location, we generally use a courier service for delivery. Insurance is included as part of this service. It is important to note that your parcel must be thoroughly checked for damage caused in transit prior to signing for your parcel otherwise if the parcel is signed for and transit damage is evident, insurance is voided.
Most country areas within Australia and International deliveries are serviced via Australia Post. We highly recommend postage insurance as while we take great care with packaging, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in the post.
