Frequently Asked Questions
 Q: Do you offer international postage?
  A: Yes, however there are some countries where we are unable to send particular items to . If you have any specific questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
 Q: Do you sell wholesale?
  A: No, we sell only retail. Some Retro wholesalers do sell on Ebay but they often will have a minimum spend/ require a bulk purchase and quite often sell from outside of the UK, so many buyers find that it's not that ideal. Here at Retro Styler we keep our prices competitive with other retailers and aim to provide outstanding service every time.
 Q: What payment methods do you accept?
  A: We accept Palpal as it is considered to be the safest and most secure method of payment for shopping on Ebay. This gives you the best form of protection against fraudulent activity and is much more reliable than other methods of payment such as postal orders, personal cheques etc.
 Q: How soon after I place my order will my Retro item be with me?
  A: For all orders placed before 4 p.m. we dispatch the very same day! So, for UK orders if you were to place it on the Monday you could receive your item as early as Tuesday or Wednesday of the same week. International orders will take a little longer - anywhere between 5-7 days (or up to 6 weeks for 'surface mail items').
 Q: Do you have all of your Retro products in stock?
  A: Yes. For starters we don't use dropshippers so you can be assured that all of the items listed in our Retro Store are available for immediate dispach and come directly from us.
 Q: Do you stock Retro items in various different colours?
  A: Certainly! Just check out the listing page for a particular Retro item and if it IS available in various colours you'll be able to select one from a drop down menu at the top of the listing.
 Q: What should I do if an item doesn't fit?
  A: Not to worry, you just need to return it to us (Please obtain proof of postage) so we can arrange for a replacement. You'll also need to enclose a copy of your invoice and make sure that the Retro item has it's original packaging and any tags in tact.
 Q: What shall I do if i change my mind and no longer want the item?
  A: No problem. You can simply return the item in it's original packaging, with a copy of your invoice and with any tags still in tact (please obtain proof of postage). As soon as we receive your item we can arrange for a refund or replacement.
 Q: What is the 'Use by date' on your Retro Sweets?
  A: Good question!... And an important one at that. All of our Retro Sweets will come with a 'Use by date' (Printed by our supplier.
 Q: Do you package your own Retro Sweets?
  A: No. Our Retro Sweets are packaged and sealed by our manufacturer and supplier. Each Retro Sweet bag will be shipped to us, sealed with our own packaging label and this is how you will also receive your sweets (Unless they are packaged/ boxed in another form by a different manufacturer).
 Q: Can you get hold of particular Retro Products that aren't listed in your store?
  A: Providing that the Retro product can be sourced from a wholesaler/ supplier and that there is enough demand for it we'd certainly be happy to explore your suggestions. We love to hear from our Retro Community and your opinions matter a great deal to us.
 Q: Can we pick up our item from you Retro Store?
  A: We don't currently have a brick and mortar Retro Shop so all orders must be delivered to your door, but the good news is that we dispatch the very same day for orders placed before 4 p.m. and our delivery service is 1st Class!
 Q: Are all of your Retro products new?
  A: All of our Retro products are BRAND NEW, from our Dancing & Singing Gizmo right through to our Neon Retro Accessories.
 Q: Can you ship to a different address other than my billing address?
  A: Yes we can and quite often our Retro loving customers will want to have an item shipped to a fellow Retro Fan for a special occasion. All you need to do is to make a note of your preference and the shipping address in your paypal transaction.
 Q: Do you offer Next Day Delivery?
  A: Yes, for an additional fee we can have your Retro goodies delivered right to your door the very next day, using Royal Mail's 'Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service'.
 Q: Do your windproof Retro Lighters come with fuel?
  A: Unfortunately not. We receive these Retro Lighters from our distributor, boxed and without fuel, so we prefer not to go tampering with your product before dispatching it to you. Plus you have to admit that it’s a little safer for your local Postie. Note: We do not send lighters to locations outside the UK.
