Hours of Operation
The office is open Monday to Friday from 10AM-6PM (except holidays). Orders usually ship within 24 hours of cleared payment except for orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday are usually processed by our shipping department on Friday or Saturday. The orders will then ship out on Monday since there is no mail pickup during the weekend.
Payment Policy / Method

Issues with order/Contact Info
If you are having any issues with your order, rest assure that we strive for five star services and will address the matter to your full satisfaction. Please send us an eBay message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (Please include your eBay username if contacting us by email) and we will correct the issue. No concern is too small or too big to be resolved. Messages are usually answered within 24 hours if not earlier except for weekends and holidays. In the meantime, please do not file a case with eBay/Paypal or leave neutral/negative feedback as we will reply your message as soon as we are able.
Where is my order?
After your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us (email@example.com) with your package’s tracking number. Please check the tracking information. If there is no tracking update, please allow ample time for the shipping system to update. If 72 hours has passed and there is still no update, please send us an eBay message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. (Please include your eBay username if contacting us by email)
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days from the date return instructions is provided by our customer service team. The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. You can expect a refund to your paypal account within 7 days days of our receiving your returned product.
