IMPORTANT POLICIES:

•We offer free domestic shipping and low discounted international shipping on all orders.

•All orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends.

•All merchandise ships from Kentucky, USA.

•All orders shipping to P.O. boxes will automatically be sent USPS.

•Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Street Moda is NOT responsible
for any import duties and/or import taxes.

•All United States FedEx Ground, 2 Day and Next Day Air shipments, with merchandise
value of 100 or more, and/or shipping to an apartment or condo complex will require
a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

•If you are a customer outside of the United States, you will be subject to not only customs
and duty fees but taxes such as GST in Australia and VAT in the United Kingdom. Our prices
do NOT include these taxes.These taxes will be collected by the delivering freight company.
If the shipment is refused, NO REFUND will be issued.

•We do not accept international credit cards, except through PayPal. Your payment will be
voided and funds will be returned to your card within 30 days.

•Orders including PLEASER, LAMO, KLOGS, GBX, GIORGIO BRUTINI
and certain SANITA, HARLEY DAVIDSON, CATERPILLAR brand shoes -
Allow an additional 1.5 week handling delay for international addresses and domestic
addresses that contain P.O. boxes.

•BULK ORDERS (10+ pairs domestic, 5+ pairs international) will be subject to actual
freight charges.

•To COMBINE SHIPPING rates, all of your items must be included in one checkout.
If all of your items purchased do not appear in the checkout, please let customer service know.

•US CUSTOMERS: All shipping methods come with tracking visibility. All tracking numbers
are sent via e-mail within 24-48 hours of payment being received (orders are processed within
48 hours.

•INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: DHL Global Mail does not provide tracking numbers
except to Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. We have internal tracking to those countries.
If you wish to have tracking visibility and if you live in any other country, please select International
Express [FedEx or DHL]. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items when shipping via
DHL Global Mail.

• We do not ship DHL Global Mail to these countries: Ukraine [UA], Albania [AL],
Bulgaria [BG], Mexico [MX], Philippines [PH], Romania [RO], Russia [RU].

•All shipping rates are based upon estimated weight of item.
