Refunds/Returns - Refunds are given if buyer's item was damaged or lost in the mail, not described right, or if buyer changes mind after receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless other arrangements have been made with the seller. Do not ship item back until contacting seller as seller will give you a refund number to affix to the item when shipping back and instructions on mailing. Make sure you keep all the packing material so you can ship the item back in the same box with the same packing material as it was sent. Insurance is required on all returns. If the return is changed mind, the returned item must be in the same condition as when sent and the refund is minus seller's original shipping cost and often a 20% re-stocking fee.
