We will happily refund your money or replace your item if your product has been damaged during transit. It MUST be returned within 7 days and returned to us un-opened and in its original packaging.
Please note - A refund will not be issued for change of mind or if you have purchased the incorrect item, and have opened the packaging and/or used the item. We will ONLY issue a refund / Credit / replacement if the item returned to us is EXACTLY the same way it was received - Brand New and un-used. Upon inspection of the item we will then determine if a Credit / Replacement / Refund is applicable.
A refund will also be given if your Fragrance is faulty or if the product delivered is not what you have purchased. As soon as the product is returned within 7 days one of our consultants will contact you via phone or email and organize a complete refund or a replacement.
Please note: As an eBay Premium Service member for all our Skin Care, a 30-day, Money Back refund will be provided only if the product is faulty or damaged in transit. Please call our office if you wish to discuss it further with us.
