I greatly appreciate the over 4000 great wonderful buyers that have dropped by. And after posting these thousands of packets locally and to the various parts of the world, I have learned to realise how lucky we are to have such a reliable postal system and So many beautiful people. However, I now have had a few encounters of buyers claiming that they have not received their parcel and claiming that I have not offered insurance to them .... Sadly, I have to ask all international buyers to use registered postage with total amount of $30 and above.

PLEASE READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY - I post every packet with a clear records and I am not responsible for any claim to be "lost" parcels that have been posted. I will not be held responsible after I have posted them and can only track them for you if they are registered or via express satchel. Please be a responsible buyer, ASK & PAY for registration if you worry. Please agree with this before you bid or please do not buy from my store.

***** For the personalised items listed, Please note that I will refer to all details given to me in the FINAL email or message you send me after order & payment is confirmed. So please be a responsible buyer and check very carefully that you have given me the correct spelling of names (upper/lower case) & preferences like font, colour of embroidery & drawstring. *****  I keep a clear record of the confirming email or message that buyers send after order is confirmed. I cannot be held responsible for any details that were different from any earlier emails or messages you send prior to making purchases... I have no means to know that they were wrong or different. Please agree with this before you bid.

In Australia, I prefer bank deposit. Paypal, postal money order, bank cheque are fine but NOT personal cheque. For international bidders, Paypal is the only way that I can accept payment. Please make payment within 7 days.

I normally post items that need no sewing within two business days after I receive your payment. Pre-cut quilt kits or Items that need stitching up will normally be despatched within 2-5 business days after I receive your payment. If you order a number of items, I will let you know an expected date of delivery.

Regular local Postage charges for Sewing/embroidery accessories & items are the actual postage plus $2 - $2.50 packaging/handling per packet I post.

**All Custom Make-to-order items are now charged a Minimum of $2.95, mostly $3.95 postage/handling for the first item.

For Tupperware, it is the actual postage plus $2 - $2.50 packaging/handling per packet.

For sales of Fabric Fat quarters In Australia,
I charge $3.95 for up to 10/11/12 Fat Quarters (some fabric are heavier, so can only fit 10)  or via
express 500g satchel for $9.20 (Actual postage of 500g satchel is $7.70)

$11.10 for up to 3kg regular (Actual postage of 3kg satchel is $9.60)
$12.40 for up to 3kg express (Actual postage of 3kg satchel is $10.90)

Registered post in Australia will be based on postcode, is the actual postage + $2.70 for registration + $2.00 packaging/handling per packet.

For more yds, it is the actual postage plus $2 per packet for packaging/handling.

I try to send extra fabric or refund if you send extra postage.

Below are the postage rates for fabric fat quarters to N. and S. America, Europe (These postage are at letter rate and no insurance could be added. If you require your item to be insured, they need to be posted as a parcel and will cost more postage - Just ask me if you require that) 
$4.10 for 1 FQ,
$6.15 for 2 FQs,
$8.20 for 3 - 5 FQs (*6 FQ if within weight limit)

Sadly, I have to ask all international buyers to use registered postage with total amount of $30 and above.
$20.85 for 6 - 11/12 FQs to the USA/Canada/Middle East (if they are within weight limit)
$24.65 for 6 - 11/12 FQs to Europe (if they are within weight limit)
$16.95 for 6 - 11/12 FQs to New Zealand
$19.15 for 6 - 11/12 FQs to Asia/Pacific

This is the actual postage plus $2.00 packaging/handling for each packet.

Please understand that Paypal charges even on the postage and also more on cross-border charges for the total payment you send. The postage/handling charges includes a $2 to pay for the packaging and the money Paypal charges on the postage.
