2. Prices

All prices at Sharmin are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

3. Orders

We accept orders online and over the phone. All orders/purchases are subject to the terms and policies relating to Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Warranty.

4. Delivery

Sharmin on eBay uses Australia Post to ship orders. The Registered Post delivery is a traceable service that requires signature upon delivery. Delivery takes approximately 1-10 business days depending on your location. This timeframe is based on Australia Post's expected delivery timeframe and delivery may take longer.  

We also offer Express Service that guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days to all street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Delivery Network.

5. Our refund policy

In addition to your statutory rights we provide a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. If a Sharmin customer is not satisfied with their purchase they can return the item for a refund. 

Returns are subject to customers obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) from us within 7 days from the date delivery was accepted, where goods are in their original condition and include all packaging. 

Shipping/delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable. The customer bears the cost of returning the item to us and is responsible for making sure that their return arrives safely. It is recommended that customers use a traceable and issued postal service. Sharmin accepts no liability in any damage caused during transit.

Sharmin is commited to adopting the highest standards to safeguard personal information. Sharmin collects the information it needs to conduct our business. We use your details for the purpose of fulfilling your order and if needed, contacting you in relation to your order. Our Privacy Policy will govern how we collect, use and disclose the personal information which we collect about you.
