We understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product you have purchased from Shaver Shop store, so we have set out the Shaver Shop Returns Policy below to assist in this process.
We may provide you with a store credit if you return an item to the store of purchase within 21 days and the item is in original condition (including packaging), not used and accompanied by acceptable proof of purchase. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
You can return an item for a refund or exchange if the item is unsafe; incorrectly described; doesn’t do what we said it would; or has a major problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it.
If the problem is not major or can be easily fixed, we will repair the item within a reasonable time or replace it. Simply call the store who processed your online order, or call 1300 742837 and our friendly staff will be able to assist you with repairing the item.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
If you wish to return a product during a trial period offered by a manufacturer for reasons other than the product being faulty, you need to follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
