FAQ

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods for eBay purchases PayPal, paymate, credit card, bank deposit or if you live locally you can even pay by cash on pick up.

Do you accept money orders or cheques?
No, unfortunately we do not accept money orders, personal cheques or traveller's cheques.

Do you ship to P/O boxes?
Yes we do ship to P/O boxes. If the shoes don't fit in the P/O box you will get a card for collection.

Do you accept international shipments?
Yes, we do accept international shipments to all destinations around the world. International shipments will take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

How long until my parcel arrives?
For all parcels delivered within Australia expect your parcel to arrive between 3- 5 business days. For all orders shipped to New Zealand expect your parcel to arrive within 5-10 business days. All International orders will take 7-14 business days.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Once you have finalised your order it begins to process and you cannot make any changes online. If you have made an accidental error, please promptly email info@shoehype.com.au and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. Once the item has shipped, you will also be emailed a tracking number so you can track your order at auspost.com.au/track For all international orders; you will receive a unique tracking number, this will inform you if your parcel has left Australia. You can view this at www.auspost.com.au/international

I have seen something I want in your store but I cannot select the size I want. Is this size available?
We endeavor to show all of our products available online. Sometimes, in our online store, it may sell out of a particular style or size. If this occurs, email us at info@shoehype.com.au and we can most often get the style or size you are after. On occasion the style may be discontinued and no longer available so our advice is….…If you see something you like, get it quick!

Who do I contact if I am having problems with the site?

What are the measurements for the shoes and boots? Including the calf circumference of the boots?
If you go to our store, on the left hand side under "Help" is the size guide. There you will find all shoe measurements. At the bottom of the page you will find each style of long boot, and their corresponding measurements. Please remember this is only a guide and the measurements can vary slightly.

Do you have a store so I can try the shoes/boots on before I purchase them?
Unfortunately we do not have a retail store, but if you live locally please message us at info@shoehype.com.au and we will be more than happy to organize a time for you to come by and try any product you like!
