Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to deliver within 3 to 5 business days almost anywhere in Australia. Please note this can take longer during public holidays when it may take 7 to 10 days. We guarantee that the shoes will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order. We dispatch using Australia Post direct to your home or place of work.

Please note: When ordering on a Friday, your goods will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Upon placing your order an automated confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. A subsequent email detailing your tracking number will be sent once the goods are posted.

For Safe Arrival of your goods, please specify a business hours address for delivery [PO Box delivery addresses are not preferred]. If the goods are being delivered to your home, please
ensure someone is at home on the day of delivery. If no one is present to accept delivery, your purchase will be left in the most logical and secure location available or taken to the local post office and a card will be left.

To confirm dispatch from Australia please visit www.auspost.com.au/international. You are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be applied during the importation into your country.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". The law also states that we are prohibited from marking the order as
a gift.

Shoe Hype Online Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so our returns and exchange policy has been designed to make dealing with Shoe Hype as easy as possible.

BEFORE YOU EXCHANGE OR RETURN

1. Retrieve your record number (refer to the invoice/packing slip, right hand side next to the date) and write down your name and eBay name and include it in the return package.
 2. Make sure the product is not worn and is in its original condition.

EXCHANGING SIZE

If you need to exchange your purchase for another size please email us at info@shoehype.com.au. You will need to pay shipping for the return of the unwanted shoes and for the shipping of the new pair so please choose your sizes carefully. If you have a fussy foot or find it hard to get the right fit please email us at info@shoehype.com.au and let us know ☺ We will personally measure the shoe you are looking at and give you the measurements so we can hopefully get the size right the first time!

RETURNS

Product that is not reduced (full price) can be returned for a refund minus the shipping cost. The shoes need to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

1. Return the goods to: Shoe Hype, 3 Kanuka Close, Narangba. QLD 4504 with all documentation enclosed.

Providing the goods are returned with the purchase receipt, in an unworn condition, a refund will be processed within 48 hours of goods being received and in the same tender as the original payment.

*If you paid by bank deposit, you will need to include all bank details so that the refund can be processed. Please note that dependent on your bank, refunds may
take up to 5 business days to clear.

RETURNING REDUCED OR SALE MERCHANDISE

Reduced or Sale Merchandise may only be returned for an exchange, we do not offer a refund on reduced or sale items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All costs for international orders associated with shipping will be at the customer's expense. This includes purchases, exchanges and or refunds.

We acknowledge that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take this very seriously. We will only use and disclose your personal information for the primary purposes of our business as a retailer when you have given consent to do so.

We obtain this information to provide you with information about our products and services and to also better understand our customers.

The personal information you provide to Shoe Hype will be kept 100% confidential and secure. Our staff are employed on the basis that they must protect the information you disclose.
