 | Q: What is Sterling Silver?... |
 |
 | A: Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. It is marked for resale with the stamp '925' or '.925' or 'ster'. Copper is the most common metal used as the 7.5 percent alloy balance in sterling silver. It adds hardness to pure silver. |
 | Q: My item has still not arrived... should I be worried? |
 |
 | A: In most cases items do arrive and do not get lost but occasionally can take longer than expected - Please allow extra time during the busier times of the year and for international transactions. Australia Post delivery times do apply.
We really appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter... please keep us informed! |
 | Q: Do you combine postage costs if I buy multiple items? |

However, the safe delivery of your item is important and therefore appropriate packaging is a priority, avoiding unnecessary disappointment at arrival. We invest into strong packaging material for complete protection of your new piece of jewellery during transit. |
 | Q: Why are there different postage prices for different items? |
 |
 | A: Prices for postage vary due to shape and size of each item listed and are clearly advertised in the postage and payment section of each listing. A breakdown of costing is available in our postage information page. |
 | Q: How do I choose postage upgrades like express post or registered post?... |
 |
 | A: Please choose upgraded postage during checkout if required - ordinary postage will otherwise apply. |

Registered International Postage will provide you with proof of postage and insurance but has NO TRACKING attached. |
 | Q: I want to buy multiple items... can you please send them together for one low postage cost? |
 |
 | A: I am happy to combine postage costs for you, however, registered post will be required for items with the combined value of $50 or more. This will provide you with a unique identification number and compensation for up to $100 in case of loss or damage during transit. |
 | Q: I like one of the rings you have for sale... but is not my size... can you send me a different size if I buy it? |
 |
 | A: Our listings are size-specific, with size and measurements clearly marked. If you buy or bid, you will receive the exact size of item that was advertised in the listing.

 |
 | A: Yes, they are, unless otherwise advertised. |
 | Q: How do I pay for an international transaction?... |
 |
 | A: Paypal is the only payment option that is available for international transactions. |
 | Q: How do I clean my sterling Silver Jewellery? |
 |
 | A: When polishing your jewellery we suggest the use of a soft silver polishing cloth
available at supermarkets or general stores. If this is not available to you, try using a small amount of toothpaste suds on a soft cotton cloth, please rinse carefully and assure all suds are removed before wearing it. |
 | Q: How do I care for jewellery made of multiple materials like brass or copper?... |
 |
 | A: Our pieces use real copper and brass - therefore discolouration will occur. This is a natural process (oxidization) and can be successfully re-polished to keep your jewellery looking shiny and new, using a small amount of toothpaste sud and a cotton cloth. Rinse off carefully and avoid contact with gemstones. |
 | Q: My ring arrived.... I like it but it doesn't fit... Can I exchange my ring for a different size? |
 |
 | A: Please contact me so I can check availability and stock.
Faced with this situation we have found it best to simply refund for the cost of the ring once it is returned to us. Being hand-crafted items, an exact replacement ring can usually not be guaranteed. A refund will leave me free of obligations and you free to choose again. |
 | Q: How do I determine my ring or bangle size?.... |
 |
 | A: I strongly advise to get your ring size measured professionally and free of costs at a local jewellery store. Doing this yourself usually ends with disappointment due to differences in measuring styles.
Please also see my chart for internationally recognized sizes of rings and bangles to determine your size. |
 | Q: Should I purchase a larger size for a wider ring band?... |
 |
 | A: Our rings are always sized in the middle of the band, therefore compensating for any width the ring might have. If you prefer your ring to fit loosely - just add 1/4 size. |
 | Q: Can the clip on the back of a 'stack ring be removed'?... |
 |
 | A: The clip on the back of our 'stack rings' are meant to be permanent, however... some of our customers have had the clip removed by a jeweler of their choice so they could mix and match their existing rings. |
 | Q: How long will it take until I receive my item? |
 |
 | A: Once your payment has been received, your item is send on it's way within 24 hours.
Postage times are as set by Australia Post - unfortunately we do not have control over Australia Post's service time. Please allow extra time for bank holidays, weekends or other unexpected issues that are out of our hands and keep us informed. |
