Terms and Conditions

Sales Policy:

  • Please do not bid or buy if you do not agree with our Terms of Sales, Payment Options and Shipping Policies listed on this page.
  • Entering a bid or purchase a "Buy It Now" item signifies your agreement to these terms.
  • Please contact us if you have any questions or problems before leaving a neutral or negative feedback. We pride ourselves in our customer services. We also believe that good communication can resolve most if not all problems.
  • Shipment will only be made after receiving CLEARED FULL payment. Items are despatched Monday to Friday (excluding NSW holidays).
  • We typically reply to emails within 24 hours (EXCLUDING weekends and NSW holidays)
  • All sales are final.
  • All items come with 30 days limited warranty unless stated otherwise in the item description. If you items arrived DOA (Dead On Arrival) or is defective (NOT due to misuse), you must contact us within 7 days.
  • We will arrange exchange/repair/return for the product. Please note that buyers are required to return the item at his/her own expense. In the case of returns, shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE in any cases.

Shipping Details:

  • Item will be dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of full payment.
  • You should get your items within 2-7 days, and from our past experiences, it may go up to 12 days for far and remote areas. In order to ensure quick and speedy delivery, all our items will be shipped from our warehouse in Sydney (unless otherwise stated).
  • Local pick-up is available for purchases exceeding $100. Prior arrangement must be made.
  • Depending on your location, the delivery time will be around 1 – 6 business days in Australia. Transit Insurance is available for AUD $4 per item.
  • We will not be responsible for any lost or damage of any items in transit unless insurance is selected. Sellers are NOT responsible for delivery time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and public holidays. This delivery time frame is used as a general guideline only. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods. And sometimes take a little longer, due to local dispatch delay or other reasons, please allow sufficient time for delivery and only contact us if you have not received an item after 20 business days.
  • We offer Express services for certain items, please check the "Shipping and Payments" section on the listing for details.
  • We offer combined shipping for multiple items. The full shipping/handling price will be charged for the item with the highest shipping charge. ALL other items' shipping/handling charges will be charged with a 40% discount.

Payment Details:

  • We accept Paypal and Bank Deposits for sales in Australia.
  • Please include your ebay ID and item number as references if you pay using Bank Deposits. Failure to do so we will DELAY the order/shipping process significantly as we will NOT be able to match your payment to your purchases.
  • We do NOT accept cheques, postal order, money order or Cash On Delivery.
  • Payments must be made within SEVEN (7) days after closing for auction.
  • Unpaid items will be reported to eBay and a strike will be placed on your account under eBay's Unpaid Item Process.

Returns & Warranty:

  • We accept item returns only if it is not exactly as described in the listing or product is covered by manufacture warranty
  • Buyer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the items if item is not exactly as described or DOA otherwise return will NOT be accepted.
  • Once returns authorisation is given, item must be returned within 10 days.
  • Returned items must be in its original condition and packaging, otherwise it will NOT be accepted. The cost of return shipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • The returned items will be inspected and if faulty, it will either be replaced where possible or a refund will be given within 10 business days.
  • Please note that Shipping or handling costs are non-refundable.
  • If a faulty returned item is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of $10 or 10% of the item price (whichever is higher) will be charged, and the item will be shipped back to the customer at his/her expense.
  • If a non-defective item is returned for refund, it must be returned in its original condition and packing, otherwise we will NOT accept the return for refund. A 20% or $10 (whichever is higher) re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
