All items must be paid for within 7 days. If we don’t hear from you within this time and we can’t locate a payment from you, we send an unpaid item reminder. If the item goes unpaid for a further 5 days, we have to close the case and re-list the item.
We are a GST registered Australian business. All our prices include GST.
We are happy to accept both PayPal and Bank transfer payment methods for your safety and convenience.
If for any reason you wish to exchange your purchased item, please inform us using the ebay messenger service to ensure a fast, efficient service. We are happy to exchange if the item has not been used. The item must be returned to us, in its original condition, within 14 days of you receiving it.

If you are exchanging due to change of mind, please include a pre-paid, pre-addressed mailer or satchel for us to send your replacement item.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a store credit will be issued for your item.
If you have changed your mind we will happily exchange your item as per the exchange policy. If you prefer a refund, we will issue store credit to the value of your purchase.
If you do not wish to exchange or accept store credit then we will refund you, less an admin fee of up to $10.00 to cover our costs.
If you find your item to be faulty or damaged please contact us to arrange and exchange, store credit or full refund.
All refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Items purchased over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday.
We ship our items using Australia post from our Brisbane Warehouse.
We offer Free Regular Post, Registered and Express delivery options on all items. We do offer combined shipping.
Pick-up or collection service is not available.
Choose the Express post option from the listing to have your item sent via overnight guaranteed delivery (metro areas).
Please remember that if you require tracking facility or insurance you must select and pay for the Registered post option which is available on all items. We cannot accept liability for lost items unless they are sent using the Registered post option.
Regular mail can take 1-6 business days depending on how far the package must travel to you. Occasionally Australia post will experience delays and we cannot be held liable for delays in the postal system.
