What Should I Do After I Win An Item?

After you have won an item you will see it in your “Purchase History” in My eBay. Click on the “Pay Now” button to make an immediate payment through PayPal or request a total if bidding on multiple items.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal, bank transfer and money orders to make payment easy for you.

What Should I Write In The Payment Description When Paying Via A Bank Deposit Or Internet Banking?

When making a Bank Deposit or Internet Banking Transfer please use your eBay User ID as the payment description so we know the payment is from you.

Please note that a Bank Deposit or Internet Banking Transfer may take up to 3 business days and your item will not be sent until your payment has cleared.

How Do I Let You Know I Have Paid Using A Bank Deposit or Internet Banking Transfer?

To advise us you have transferred money into our bank account please follow the following steps:

  1. Log in to your eBay account. Go to your "Purchase History" list.
  2. On the right side of the item or on your seller’s user ID click on the “More Actions” blue arrow.
  3. Choose “Mark payment as sent."

How Long Do I Have To Pay?

Payment is required within 4 days. If you need longer please let us know so we can make other arrangements.

Do You Combine Postage?

Yes we do combine postage and if you’re bidding on multiple items please request a total through eBay’s checkout before making payment.

When Will My Item Be Posted?

We ensure all items are posted within 1 business day of your payment clearing so you get your new item as soon as possible.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Australia Post delivery times will vary depending on your location. In most cases express post is available if required.

When Should I Leave Feedback?

It would be greatly appreciated if you can leave positive feedback (with 5 x full stars) as soon as your item arrives safely. This way we know you have received the goods. We will leave you positive feedback in return.
