We guarantee the safe arrival of your item by Registered or Express Post. Should your item be lost in the mail, a replacement will be mailed after the minimum transit time has elapsed (15 days for Australian, 30 days for International).

We guarantee that your item will be exactly the same as the listing that you purchased from. Please check measurements in listings, we are not responsible if the item does not fit you.

We guarantee to charge an honest amount for postage. If you feel you have been overcharged, please do not hesitate to email me for a refund of the overcharge.

Postage Options and Times

99.9% of items are mailed on the same or next day after payment is confirmed.

An email is sent to the email address you have registered on Ebay, this email will give you a tracking number for your item. Please keep this email until your item has arrived and you are happy.

We mail from Laidley – Postcode 4341 – every day Monday to Friday. The length of time it will take for your parcel to arrive will depend on your location.

International Parcels

International parcels are not insured, they are sent by Australia Post Airmail, which provides a very reliable service. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges charged by their country. Insurance is available on request at a cost of $10 per item.
