Starcom Laptops and Computers first opened the doors as a little computer shop in Underwood in late 90's. Since the beginning, the strategy and orientation of Starcom and its staff revolved around customer service, customer satisfaction and after sales service and support.
These days the business operates from its present location in the heart of Underwood. The Underwood store occupies some 300m2 and it is a major computer repair centre for Logan and other surrounding suburbs. The Underwood store currently employs 11 people and it is in a state of constant growth and development.
The vision for the future expansion of Starcom Laptops and Computers initially was a very simple one: to become the largest computer repairer on the Southside of Brisbane. Upon achieving this status, the vision was again reviewed. The next priority was to continue to expand Starcom Laptops and Computers whilst at the same time, it was extremely important for the vision to include the provision for the passing on of knowledge, education levels, and providing pleasant service to enhance each and every customers experience. Starcom believes every person is entitled to the highest level of service and support possible while maintaining realistic prices well below our competitors.
Starcom staff regularly check current prices of many surrounding businesses, making sure that shopping at Starcom Laptops and Computers will leave every customer satisfied. Please Note: In some cases we will mention in the description that laptop battery holds a charge but period that battery will last is unknown. This is due to large volume of laptops being proccessed each day and lack of time to do a full battery test.
