Late / lost post
It’s really annoying when items are late or lost in the post
Please get in touch with us if you suspect that your item is late or lost and we will endeavour to find out what has happened.
If your item is tracked you can check on the status on delivery on the Royal Mail website here
Just type in the tracking number shown against the item you purchased.
Postal times – guideline
This is an approximate guide to how long your post will take but items are not classed as ‘officially late’ until 15 working days have passed. (With the exception of guaranteed next day delivery services
• Guaranteed next day delivery – next day!
• 1st class mail is normally delivered the next working day (including Saturday)
• 2nd class mail is normally delivered by the 3rd working day (including Saturday)
• International mail should normally take up to 7 working days but may be longer in some countries.
What happens if the item I have bought does not fit or is unsuitable or just not what I expected?
We really hope your item is just what you wanted but if it is not we will give you a 'no hassle' and speedy refund on return.

We ask that items that are returned are in the same condition as dispatched to you with any labels intact within 21 days of receipt. It’s ok to have tried clothes on for size but other than that clothes should be unworn.
Please can you ensure that items returned include an ebay returns slip or details of:-
• Ebay ID
• Reason for return
If a refund or replacement is required please also add the replacement size if applicable,
We can offer you:-
• A full refund net of postage costs
• A replacement in a different size or colour if available
( please contact us to check availability first and we will put the item to one side for you )
• Another item out of store (additional postage charge may apply)
What happens if the item I have bought is faulty or not what I ordered?
Things do go wrong occasionally and we are really sorry when it happens!
We want to put it right for you as soon as possible.
Please get in touch with us as above and we will arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible. All postage costs will be covered by us for faulty/ wrongly sent items.
We are happy to accept returns for up to 21 days after you received the item.
