Q How do I pay for an item that I have won on eBay?

Q How long do I have to pay for an item?
A We expect payment within the usual eBay standard of 7 days. However, if you require an extension or are waiting for other items to end please advise us in an email to email@example.com
Q Will I receive a tax invoice or receipt with my purchase?
A Yes, for new items we will attach a tax invoice to your shipment. Sometimes we may be selling second-hand personal items where GST is not applicable.
Q Is GST included in the final bid price?
A Yes, where applicable the final bid price on eBay is inclusive of the GST. All prices quoted are inclusive of the GST, such as shipping costs.
Shipping & Delivery Questions
Q Can I pickup my item?
Sort of, pickup is available from Woolloongabba, Brisbane intermittantly.
Q I need the item tomorrow.
A OK we understand. If payment is confirmed by 11 am we can usually arrange delivery next day for a small surcharge. Sorry, some place like WA may be the day after tomorrow!
Q Which carrier do you use to ship your parcels?
A We usually use TNT Road Express. We will send you a check in number after the item is sent out. Smaller items may be sent by registered post.
Q Will I need to sign for my item on delivery?
A Yes, items sent by TNT will require a signature. If this is not possible you may give us an alternative delivery address such as your place of work. If you request this please make sure we confirm we will use the alternative address.
Q Can I have my item delivered to a PO Box address?
Yes, if you choose shipping by Australia Post, Couriers
cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Q Are parcels covered by transit insurance?
A Yes, shipping charges automatically include insurance
Q How soon will you ship my item?
A For courier delivered items, where payment is confirmed by 11am on a business day, shipping will usually occur the same day. Where payment is confirmed later than 11am shipping will usually occur the next business day. Where payment is confirmed on a non-business day goods will be sent on the next business day. A tracking number will be sent to you which allows you to follow progress of your shipment on the TNT website. (www.tnt.com.au)

Q How long will shipping take?
A For Courier delivered items:
Brisbane: 1 business day
Qld 1-3 business days (eg FNQ is 3 days)
1 Business day
Melbourne 2 business days
Adelaide 3 business days
Perth/Darwin/Hobart 5 business days
These are only for
capital cities, if you live in the bush then it may take a longer time
Overnight delivery can be arranged for most areas and the extra cost is usually quite reasonable except for WA.
For postal items it all depends on Australia Post
Warranty & Returns Questions
Q How long will warranty claims take to process.
A Not long at all. Apart from super simple issues that we can fix same day we will replace your item with a new item.

Q Is Warranty transferable?
A No, warranty is not transferable. Warranty claims must come directly from you.
Q What is your Returns and Refunds Policy?
A Items may be returned for any reason for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.
Items returned for refund must be in the original packaging and in saleable condition
No refunds are offered after 7 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you can convince us the item was misrepresented.
Q Is warranty extended if an item is replaced?
A The warranty applies to the original product and is not extended for replacements.
Q How can I provide proof of purchase for a warranty claim?
A You don’t need it. Your ebay user ID is all that is needed as we retain your sales record permanently.
Q If I find any errors on the item listing, can I ask for a refund?
A Yes. However you should make you claim within 7 days of receiving the item.
