Trading With Us
PAYMENT Payment is required before we despatch any items and expected within 48 hours after sale.

NON-PAYMENT,

FEEDBACK & DSRs

  • Unacceptable trading will be reported promptly.
  • Non-payment reminder emails will be forwarded 48 hours after a sale.
  • We reserve the right to add a buyer to our "Blocked Bidder" List for inappropriate feedback, low ratings and non payment or unacceptable trading.
SHIPPING
  • Shipment will occur as soon as possible after your payment has been received.
  • We aim to despatch items within 24 hours of confirmation of payment (if not sooner!).
Our Charms & Charm Bracelets
COMPATIBILITY Our 9mm charms and charm bracelets are compatible with and are made in a similar style to:
  • Zoppini, Unodomani, Nomination, Mudd, Boxing, Disney and many others.
PHOTOGRAPHY
  • Our Italian charms and starter bracelet links are stainless steel (silver tone) and any colours (other than those mentioned in each listing) will be purely a reflection during the photography process.
  • All images are the property of Stylysh Charms and cannot be copied or used without our permission.
ADJUSTING CHARMS You can easily move, detach or add charms to suit your fitting preference and bracelet sizing.
Charm Tools make moving, detaching or adding charms so much easier and these are available in our Stores.
Communication is Absolutely Crucial

As an Online Seller, communication by email is crucial and actually required for doing business online. On a typical transaction, you will receive 4 emails from us. Exceptions include when you buy multiple items from us, when a dialogue begins because of a question, or just because we have something to talk about relating to your purchases.

We are friendly people!

It is most important that our buyers understand that there is an equal responsibility for buyers and sellers to contact one another within 24 hours of the close of a sale. We use many automated systems to ensure emails get to our buyers. However, even with this system in place some buyers have technicial issues that prevent our emails from getting through. In most cases, these are settings or software defaults which are out of our control and some Buyers may be unaware of this situation.

This is why we stress: If you have NOT heard from us within 24 hours, please contact us.

Emails we send during the course of business:

  • Checkout completed email
  • An invoice for purchases, including the combined postage discount
  • Thank you for notifying us of your payment type
  • Date of Despatch of your purchase(s)

Communication is required within 24 hours of your first purchase -or- if you've completed shopping with us,Payment is required within 48 hours of the sale date.

All transactions with Stylysh Charms are based on our Trading Terms.

Where a Buyer fails to meet our Trading Terms we reserve the right to either:
  • Cancel the transaction if we have not received payment within 48 hours of purchase,
  • Place the Buyer on our "Blocked Bidder" List (permanently) -or-
  • Record the items as Unpaid
