| A:Items are almost always posted within 24 hours of cleared payment (unless your payment is received late Friday or the weekend). We post Monday to Friday. Often we will get your package sent the same day as payment! |

| A:We accept returns on items provided that all seals are intact. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on items if a buyer changes their mind. |
