The Supanews brand started in 1992 and is arguably Australia’s leading newsagency chain. Supanews Retail Pty Ltd has stores in major shopping complexes and transit locations on the east coast of Australia.
How much will my order cost and how can I pay?
The price shown is the price you will pay in Australian Dollars (AUD) including postage. Postage for all regular orders is FREE, there is no additional charge unless you want your order sent by Express Shipping (see below).
Please be aware that the prices we have on eBay are already our absolute best – we run on razor thin margins. As a result, we are unable to further discount items.
We accept payment via PayPal only. We do not accept any other payment method. You must pay for your order as soon as you buy the item - we are unable to reserve stock for unpaid orders.
Can I pick up my order from a Supanews store?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer local pickup from any Supanews store.
Can I have my order sent express?
An express-post service is available for most items.
Expedited delivery charges apply to each item you buy (we are unable to discount postage if you buy several titles or more than one of the same title) and can be requested at the checkout – not after you have completed your transaction.
Can I change my address once my order has been placed?
Unfortunately not: Your order is processed immediately as soon as it is placed. We are unable to change the address of an order once it is placed, please ensure you have the correct address set up before you place your order.
We are unable to cancel orders due to change of mind or wrong selection.
How long before you process and despatch my order?
Our system is set up in such a way so that we can process your order and get it delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Typically, your order will be despatched to you within 1 business day of the placement of your order (a business day is Monday through to Friday, excluding public holidays).
All orders are delivered direct to our customers from our international suppliers.
How long before my order arrives?
You can expect to receive your order between the timeframe shown in the ‘Delivery' information at the very top of our listing, that states “Estimated within…”
All orders will be delivered by Australia Post or one of their couriers.
Please be aware that we are unable to combine orders. As a result, each item will be shipped individually and may arrive separately.
What do I do if my order does not arrive within the expected timeframe?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe please first contact your local post office to determine if they are holding any mail for you under your name or address.
NOTE: Please be aware that all orders are sent via regular-post, as a result we are not issued a tracking number for your parcel.
If your order does not arrive and it is not being held at your local post office, please contact us (see below for our contact details). We will happily refund or replace your order if it has been lost in the mail.
How do I return an order?
Supanews will refund or replace any item which is damaged or incorrectly supplied, at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately in the first instance if your order is damaged or not as described (see below for our contact details).
Please note that Supanews does not accept returns due to change of mind.
