Terms and Condition

  • Bidders must read and agree to all of the Warranty Policy, Postage & Handling Fee, Shipping Information, Payment Detail and Feedback Instructions before bidding.

We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOA's must be contact/return to us within 7 days. Needs help with warranty and returns please email us first

If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 7 day period days from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.

We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. You have to contact us before you return anything

All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty.

The warranty is voided where damage to the product is caused by reason other then manufacturer's defects, accident, misuse, improper use, abuse, faulty operation contrary to recommended usage, transportation damage or when product has been tampered, altered, modified, converted, repaired or serviced other than by us or when this warranty has been tampered, amended and also on cosmetic damages, wear n' tear, damage to accessories

Buyers are required to follow the payment instruction on the checkout page. We are not responsible for the unidentifiable payment and delay of delivery if the buyers fail to follow our payment instruction.

If buyers are unable to pay for the winning item based on any circumstances, buyers should take the responsibility to pay for the eBay charges and our handling fee. Buyers are required to pay us the charges as below:

  • Ending price under $100 --> $8
  • Ending price over $100 under $200 --> $10
  • Ending price over $200 under $300 --> $15
  • Ending price over $300 under $400 --> $20
  • Ending price over $400 under $500 --> $25
  • Ending price over $500 ->$30

Feedback Instruction

  • We suggest our buyers to leave their feedback after their items are received.
  • When we receive positive feedback from a buyer, we will leave a positive feedback to the buyer on the same day.

Returns and Exchange Policies

  • Warranty issue: Please refer to our eBay auction listings for warranty information. Should item becomes faulty or DOA, if item carries warranty and it's within the warranty period, please contact us via email. No item will be accepted without a proper warranty return authorization.
  • Products must be returned with all accessories included in their original packing materials, including cartons and boxes(unless seller instructed as not required)
  • Postage and Handling fee is non-refundable.
  • Buyer is liable for the postage to return faulty/DOA product for warranty, exchange or refund.
  • We are liable for sending replacement or warranty item back to the buyer within 7days DOA period, except in the case that the returned item is tested not faulty.In which case, it is buyer s liability to pay for the postage cost to send the item back to buyer.
  • If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 7 day period days from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.
  • We reserve the right to refuse return, partial refund, or exchange of any items.

We have NO responsibility on the shipping and handling fee on any returned items. If buyer sends back the item by C.O.D. service, item will NOT be accepted. And if item is lost during the return (eg.using regular post), customer is liability for the lost.

Buyers must follow the returns instruction provided by the seller.

For refund items, 20% of the winning price will be charged as eBay charges and restock fee.
Refund will only be processed via PayPal or Bank Transfer, depends on which payment method you used previously.
Charges may apply if the product is functioning properly or it is confirmed that the product is physically damaged by end user when we receive it. There will NOT be any refund if such cases do occur.

All returns/warranty are valid for Australia customers only
