We ship orders within 24-48 hours after receiving payment. We use Toll Express for delivery as it is a fast and reliable service.

All items will be sent via express post to guarantee quick delivery inside of Australia. Toll Express guarantees 1-2 business days for delivery. Toll Express provides you with a tracking number which can be tracked at any time on their website. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery if outside of NSW Australia, during holiday season and public holidays. We are not liable for any items lost in transit.

Toll Express do not deliver to Po Boxes so please if and when possible provide us with an alternate address. If you do not have an alternate address your items will be sent by regular post via Australia Post with their new click and send delivery service. Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery.

Yes we do ship world-wide. Please contact us regarding shipping costs. We do recommend for international buyers to purchase insurance. International buyers may have additional taxes and import fees,therefore it is the recipient's responsibility to pay these fees.
