General Return Policy

Notify me within 3 days of delivery of your item/s that you wish to initiate a return and the reason why you wish to return the item/s purchased.
NOTE: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and any return shipping will be paid by the purchaser.
DO NOT ship any returns without first obtaining a return merchandise authorization number. Non-authorized returns will be refused and returned at your expense.
Returns must be received by us within 7 days after delivery to your specified shipping address.
Returned items must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition for any refund to be issued.
After the returned items are received by us; I will inspect the item/s and any applicable merchandise packaging for damage or any other conditions which may render the items non-resalable. (In the case of licensed/collectable items the packaging must be in mint condition.)
If all is well, a refund will be issued based on the following:
Original purchase price (this does not include the cost of shipping the item/s to you) minus a 15% restocking fee and any unrecoverable selling/shipping fees (listing fees; final value fees or paypal fees) associated with the item/s in question.
You will be sent a cancel transaction request which you must agree to in order for any refund to be processed. After the agreement to cancel transaction is received by me your refund will be processed.

Return Policy for Masks and Costumes:
Sales of all masks and costumes are considered final once purchase is made. Due to the nature of these items I cannot accepted any returns for any reason. Please ask any questions you may have before purchase. All items are inspected before shipping, however, if you feel you have received a defective item please contact me within 12-36 hours of delivery. The only remedy for a defective item will be replacement by another of the exact same item only-no exceptions. You must obtain an RMA # before shipping a return. Any returns without a: Return Merchandise Authorization number will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Authorized returns must be on their way back to me no later than 3 days after delivery to your address. You must also provide tracking information with which to document the return transaction. Initial return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If the item is found to be defective a replacement will be reshipped at no charge. Replacement of defective items will be subject to availability. Items not immediately available will be shipped in a timely manner once they become available.
Return Policy for Surveillance Equipment:
All surveillance products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless the manufacturer’s warranty is longer). Defective items will be replaced or repaired at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, alteration or tampering. Due to the nature of these products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective upon your receiving it; or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific product page. All sales are considered final five (5) days after delivery to your specified shipping address. (There are NO exceptions to this rule). Return of defective items must be Pre-Authorized: If you believe you have received a defective item you MUST contact me within five (5) days after the product is delivered. Once approved, you will receive an RMA# and further instructions on how to proceed. Initial return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If the product is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced (at our discretion) and reshipped back to you at no charge. Please note: Once you receive an RMA# all products must be returned in the original packaging. The RMA# must be written on the outside of the box (e.g., RMA# XXXXXXXXX). There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem. Returns without a note will result in a longer processing time. Please be sure your item is defective before initiating a return. Email me first if you have any questions about the item you have purchased. If it is determined that the returned item is NOT defective you will be billed for the cost of shipping the item back to you. This must be paid before the particular item will be reshipped. If you do not want the item reshipped any refund will first be assessed a 25% restocking fee and any other applicable and unrecoverable fees will also be deducted from said refund. |
