During the auction:
* Edésirs provides approximate measurements as part of every listing and we are more than happy to provide more detailed measurements upon request. Clothing tag and Designer shoe sizes vary markedly and it is your responsibility to check the measurements provided against yourself to ensure they will fit. We cannot guess if an item will fit you. When measurements stated in the description are accurate no refund is available for any difference in tag size.
* If you have any questions about the item or description, you must clarify BEFORE bidding or buying ; eg Wanting more specific pictures, Up close detailing, Material, Condition of Garment, etc. Written reponses may take up to 24 hours and additional photos not available in the Edésirs photo gallery may take up to 7 days to be provided.
* Incorrect Bids must be cancelled before the auction ends. Fixed price and Store item purchases can not be cancelled. We recently had a bidder who put her name to over $100 worth of clothing & then changed her mind and said she did not have the money (yet her feedback kept going up with other transactions). It is an expensive time-waster for so many sellers and costs good customers in higher starting prices. Please do the right thing, if you change your mind cancel all your bids immediately and contact us during the period of the auction.
After the auction ends:
* Congratulations you are the winning buyer, we will contact you with an emailed invoice within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to contact us via email or ebay message within 24 hours of the item ending to identify your payment form, your preferred postage option and let us know if you are waiting on any other items for combined express postage. All Australian invoices are sent with the preferred Express Post tracking option for security. You are welcome to edit the postage option on the invoice before selecting your payment type.
* Full payment must be made within 7 days unless you have made special arrangements with us before the item ends. If we have had no contact or payment from you seven days after your last purchase, ebay requires us to begin Non-Paying buyer procedures. When a non-paying buyer dispute is resolved and closed before 15 days after the item ends by completing payment and leaving us positive feedback, your ebay account will no record of the dispute logged with ebay. However we will relist the item and you will receive a non-paying bidder strike and negative feedback if complete payment is not made within 15 days from the last purchased item ending.
* Save on Postage by combining multiple concurrent auction wins, fixed price buy-it-nows and store items.
* Edésirs accepts Australian Postal Money Order, Australian Bank Direct Deposit, and Credit Card payments only through PAYPAL.
International bidders (eg. United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand) must pay via PAYPAL only; (Edésirs accepts all Paypal currencies).
* We offer Express Post satchels and Regular Post satchels and reserve the right to use Registered Post envelopes (for our larger items like Coats, Boots, Bags & Boxed Shoes).
* Insurance of up to $75 item invoice value is provided free with Express Post and Registered Post preferred mail options.
* We provide Express Post and Registered Post tracking numbers upon request so you can contact Australia Post at any time on 131318 to track and monitor your package. Regular Post cannot be tracked or monitored so we accept zero liability for loss, damage or delay to regularly posted items and no refund is available for items posted via regular post. We are NOT Australia Post! If you live in a rural area or have not received your package within five days always consult your local Post Office, often packages are simply waiting at your closest post office for pickup.
* Express post packages are sent every working day from the Adelaide GPO and take 1-3 working days to arrive (plus domestic handling time).
* Regular post packages are sent every second working day from the Adelaide GPO and take 3-5 working days to arrive (plus domestic handling time).
* Registered post packages are sent every working day from the Adelaide GPO and take 5-7 working days to arrive (plus domestic handling time).
* International packages are sent via regular Airmail every working day from the Adelaide GPO and take 10-15 working days to arrive (plus domestic handling time).
* If the item description is accurate but it does not fit you or does not suit for any other reason, please feel free to relist the item to recoup your cost.
No refunds are available for accurately listed items.
* If you find there has been a significant error in the listing, please send us the details immediately. The return and refund process must be completed within seven days from the time the item ended. We do our very best to describe each item with precise detail. We are human though and do make mistakes and will always work out the best solution with you.
