Ordered the wrong size? Don't like the way it looks on you? You CAN send it back!

We understand the perils of ordering online and want to make your shopping experience as rewarding as possible.

If you order the wrong size we will exchange it for you (stock permitting). If we can't supply you with the size you want we will send you a full refund on the price of the item. That does not include the postage cost. This applies also if you return the item for any other reason.

When sending returns back to us the item being returned must be in perfect, unworn condition. If you send us a dirty or worn item you will not receive your refund.

Remember to let us know you are returning your item before you actually send it back. The postage costs involved with returns are paid by the buyer. We go to every length to describe our product as accurately as possible and we include size charts with every listing. We can't do any more than that, so if there is a mistake with your order we WILL happily exchange it but the postage costs involved will be covered by the buyer. Of course if the mistake is ours, WE will cover all the costs involved.
