Your listings are single item listings, What if I want to buy more items in the same style?
- Our listings have two different formats bid or buy it now. However, from time to time we have 20/50 items in a single listing, you can buy them on Buy It Now listing or next Auction listing.
- Any enquire, you can also send eBay message for special requirements.

I have place the bid on the wrong lisiting, it's not my size/colour, and can you change the size/colour or other items?
- Make sure the item you will bid/purchase is the one you want, no exchange of size and color for Auction listing after item is won/purchased, but exchange will be accepted for Buy It Now listing.

I wrote several mails to you, but never get any reply, why?
- All mails will be answered within 24-48 hours upon reception. If you do not receive our response after 48 hours, please check if you have sent your original message via eBay message system. and we will contact you in the same way if we find such an error.

When can I get the reply from you after sending an mail?
- Normally our office hours are AU AEDST 10:00 - 22:00, Monday through Saturday. If you have any question, please contact us first, we will reply you at the earliest possible time. Thanks for understanding.

I love the Ring, is the AU size? I'm not sure it fits or not, do you have any suggestion?
- Our Ring size is US size, if you would like to check the AU size and measurement, so we suggest you take a look at the ring size chart in every ring listing, also you can measure your own dress for a comparison to see if the ring fit your finger.

I like your jewellery, if the jewellery has quality issue, what shall I do?
- T&T exemplifies the standards of beauty and quality. All of our jewellery are made from the highest quality and brand new with tags, and we do the quality inspection carefully before delivery.
- But the item may damaged during delivery and customs inspection, please supply us photos. If the problem is unrepairable, you can return the item for exchange and we will resend or give full store credit.

Is the color of the jewellery same as the listing photos?
- All of our pictures are taken by actual jewellery. Please take a look at the detail information in the listing carefully. Slight colour aberrations may exist due to different screen settings. Hope for your understanding.

- Some jewellery may with several colours and size available. You can check out store category for searching.

Do you combine shipping? If so what's the combined postage?
- Yes, our system will combine all your won items automatically in 7 days. Combine postage not suit for the free postage item. If the item with postage, we charge each additional item $2.99 for discount combined postage fee. If not, you could combine items manually.

The shipping address in my PayPal and eBay is the old one, can you deliver the item to my new address?
- We normally ship the items with the shipping address you filled in eBay, please make sure shipping address is correct when you check out and before you pay. If you already check out and paid but haven't change your shipping address, please contact us via eBay message to confirm your correct shipping address before your item shipping status update. We take no responsibility if buyer offered us a wrong shipping address.

How long will it take to arrive? Since I have not got the item yet till now.
- We offer three shipping ways within Australia.
- Regular mail, register mail and Express post.
- egular mail and register mail take 3-10 business days to arrive within Australia that depend on your state and local post system.
- Express post is next day delivery, normally it will take 1 day will arrive to you, but some area will take 1-2 days arrive.
- AIRMAIL takes 2-4 weeks to arrive.
- Please note that the delivery time may some reason delay during the bad weather and peak periods, such a Christmas, New Year and some holiday. AIRMAIL delivery time might be delay due to your country's custom and local post system.

I have won the item days ago, why I got the unpaid case? Since I still want to bid more items and want to pay for them together.
- According to eBay policy, our system will wait for you within 7 days, after that eBay will send dispute to you automatically. eBay system will close your order after another 4 days automatically.
- Please make the payment within 8 days to avoid the unpaid strike.
