Tacklemania Shipping Information
All shipping costs are specified in each item listing, but more information for Australian deliveries is provided below.
Fishing rods can only shipped to Australian residents
Items can be combined automatically in Ebay checkout. For details, read below.
Shipment is usually within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Delivery by courier is usually 2-3 business days (Metro) and longer for interstate.
Local Shipping (Australia)
Shipping is charged at $15.95 for first rod + $11.95 additional rods and $10.95 for reel/tackle item + $6.95 for each additional reel/tackle item (see below for combining rods and with reels and tackle)
Tacklemania groups items into 3 product groups for shipping.
Fishing rods : $15.95 charge for the first fishing rod in any order, then $11.95 for each additional rod.
Reels & Tackle : $10.95 charge for the first reel/tackle item in any order, then $6.95 for each additional item.
Combos : $20.95 charge for the first reel/tackle item in any order, then $16.95 for each additional item.
If you would like to combine winning items DO NOT checkout now or pay for your item. Wait until you have finished bidding. Once an item has been paid for we cannot combine it with another item or any future won items within our 5 day payment requirement.
We allow 5 days for payment. When completing Ebay checkout all items are automatically combined into the one order.
Delivery time for metropolitan areas is 2-3 days. NOTE: All Australian Courier charges allow for Only 1 Attempted Delivery per order! All orders will be shipped as ATL ‘Authority to Leave’ at the premises. Please supply an address where someone can sign for the parcel.

We ship all items using either Toll, StarTrack of Australia Post, depending on the item in question
International Shipping (Outside Australia)
Unfortunately we do not ship any orders internationally at the moment.

Tacklemania Returns Information
General Warranty Information
We offer a 30 day warranty for all fishing tackle sold on ebay.
We will happily offer replacement items if:
- Item is dead on arrival
- There is a manufacturing fault with the item
- The wrong item was sent to you
- We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the product if you would like a replacement or refund.
- Please be aware that any unauthorised repairs carried out on any of our products will result in the Warranty being voided.
- If you have any concerns, please contact us through the Ebay Ask a Question Link, during Australia Eastern Standard Time business hours.
Wrongly Received Goods, Goods Dead On Arrival ('DOA')
If you have received an incorrect item or your item is dead on arrival please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to organise an exchange.
After subsequent review, a Tacklemania representative will contact you with a Return Authorisation Number and relevant details for the return of the goods.
Please note that replacements are not given for damaged packaging, only where the goods are damaged. All items must be deemed damaged by a member of our service department prior to replacement. Once your item has been inspected, you will be contacted by a Tacklemania representative. If no damage is found, return of the product will be at the customers expense. If you do not choose to have the item exchanged and request a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all saleable returns.
Return Of Faulty Goods Within Warranty Period
If you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect upon arrival, or if it fails within the specified warranty period, please email us as soon as the defect is identified. A Tacklemania representative will contact you with a Return Authorisation Number and details on how to return the goods to our warehouse for inspection.
If an item was damaged during shipping, we must be contacted within 24hrs of receipt of goods for the item to be eligible for replacement / refund.
Costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.
If a fault is not reported to us within the specified warranty period, we will not be responsible for refund or replacement of that item.
All items must be deemed faulty by a member of our service department to be covered by warranty. Once your item has been inspected, you will be contacted by a Tacklemania representative. Faults caused by misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty. If an item is found to be faulty for the above reasons, it will be returned to the customer and no replacement item will be given. If no fault is found, return of the product will be at the customers expense. If you do not choose to have the item returned and request a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all saleable returns.
