Fitment
Please email us to verify fitment to your car and product availibility prior to buying. Without buyer providing us with their vehicle details (i.e make, model, etc), buyer will order at their own responsibility. Fitment will be buyer responsibility as well if any modification work done on their car. Emails will be answered as soon as possible.

Payment
Tempe Tyres accepts payment by Paypal, COD or Bank Transfer. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in AUD. All payments are expected within 5 days after the auction has ended. Tempe Tyres must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.We reserve the right to file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert if payment is not received within 5 days after the auction ends.

Availability of Goods You Order
If Tempe Tyres has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum recieved by Tempe Tyres will be re-credited to your account and Tempe Tyres will notify you through ebay.

The refund will be made as soon as possible. Tempe will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our on line as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment.

Warranty on Tyres
At Tempe Tyres we guarantee the quality of all the Brand new tyres we supply and install for the life of the tyre. Should you discover a manufacturer's fault after the purchase, the disputed tyre must be returned at customer expense to our Store.

After examination by Tempe tyres, shows that said product have failed in normal use due to defects in the product. Such repair or replacement shall not include installation or freight charges. This warranty is not applicable to products, which have been subject to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, chemicals, and/or adverse weather conditions and impact damages on road use. If the tyre tread is worn more than 20%, Tempe Tyres will replace tyre on a pro-rata basis (for example, if a tyre is 40% worn, Tempe Tyres will cover 60% of the cost of the replacement tyre while you only pay 40% of the cost).

Warranty on Wheels
All our Brand new wheels are covered by a life time Structural Warranty. There is a duty of care by the customer that care instructions for any alloy wheel must be strictly followed. Should you discover a manufacturer's fault after the purchase, the disputed wheel must be returned at customer expense to our Store.

Cancellation of the Order
Any cancellation of the order by the customer will incure 25%-40% restocking fee, Fright charges are NON refundable if wheels have been sent, all fright is paid by the customer.

On Road Legality
When the wheels and tyres on a car are changed, this can alter its legality on the road. It is the vehicle owners' responsibility to contact relevant road and traffic authorities prior to the modifications being undertaken to see if they are permitted. Tempe Tyres is not liable for any legal issues that may arise with the purchase and installation of wheels and / or tyres. Care Instructions

*All our wheels are of high lustrous chrome dipped wheels. If there is any problem with the chrome work we will gladly replace them under the following conditions:
• 1. Brake dust shall not collect on these wheels due to the fact that Brake Dust crystallises and becomes caustic (like a acid).
• 2. If car is to be taken to a car wash no acidic cleaner nor polished shall be used on the wheels otherwise the clear protective coating of the wheel will be stripped causing flaking or pealing which is will make our warranty void.
• 3. Proof of purchase must be provided in case of a warranty claim.
• 4. Warranty is valid for orginal purchaser of the products and will not be passed on to second owner.
• 5. Customer pays for shipping and handling both ways on all warranties and adjustments. All products sold by Tempe Tyres carry the standard manufacturer's warranty.

Tempe Tyres will be happy to help when a warranty problem arise. Beyond the standard manufactures warranty, there are no warranties, express or implied including any warranty of merchantability or fitment for any particular purpose.
