SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours (except for weekends and Bank Holidays).

At present we use Royal Mail Tracked service which is fully trackable delivery but does not require a signature on receipt.

This service takes usually 2-3 days from dispatch to arrive.

If orders are urgent, we suggest you select the Next Day Delivery option, which will guarantee your delivery the next working day.

Please note, that Next Day Delivery for a Saturday morning is not currently offered but is available upon request, at an additional charge of £3.00 above the  Next Day Delivery charge.

Combined postage is offered for multiple orders and any overpayment of postage is refunded upon dispatch.

International orders are shipped using a trackable, signed for delivery service.  Tracking numbers are uploaded against your order.  Transit times do vary and are out of our control. International buyers need to be aware of any import duties or taxes applicable for their country.  These charges are not our responsibility and are not included in the item price or the shipping charge.

Any order that fails to be delivered once dispatched due to the recipient not collecting the item will be subject to further postage charges to re-send.
