 | Q: What is your return policy? |
 | A: Unless Otherwise Stated and although All Sales Are Final, I Am Open To Receiving Concrete & Constructive Correspondence Regarding ALL My Transactions, Especially If It's Within My Capability To Further Assist. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |
 | A: Yes. With multiple purchases of more than 5 CDs or a weight of over 1kg, your parcel will be weighed at the Post Office and the required postage rate payable will be listed in your Final Invoice. This ensures you pay the Actual Shipping Rate and it's a tad cheaper than charging you postage at the 'Per Additional Item' rates. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
 | A: I strive to despatch your purchases Daily or Within 2 Working Days of receiving your Cleared Payment. Unfortunately, I Cannot Control Postal Service Efficiency & Delivery Time-Frames. The Standard Durations As Advised By Worldwide Postal Services Apply To All Transactions. Do realise also that at times, your parcel may be held up at Customs. |
 | Q: Apart From The Usual Postage Rates, Do You Charge Handling Fees As Well? |
 | A: I Do Not Charge Handling Fees As I Believe Them To Be Insulting to the Buyer. However, If Required, Charges For Specialized Packing Materials (With Proof Of Receipts Included), Will Be Paid For By The Buyer, Unless Suitable & Worthy Recycled Materials Are Available & Used. Normal Postage Charges Paid For By The Buyer Apply To All Transactions. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |
 | A: Yes, unless specified as otherwise within the listing of specific items. However, I reserve the right to cancel winning bids affiliated with members of proven poor standing based on their Feedback Rating, suspicious individuals and regions associated with high fraud statistics. |
 | Q: Customs & Tax Issues Associated With Some Foreign Countries |
 | A: Due to useful information I've received from previous buyers from certain international destinations being charged a Tax upon receiving their purchases, ALL Customs Forms attached to parcels headed outside of Australia will be declared as 'Used and Gift', even if your purchase is Brand New. This helps you avoid a silly Tax. |
 | Q: Why do you seem to have slightly higer prices on your Electronic Items? |
 | A: I own 99% of the Electronic Items I list. My prices reflect the Condition, Performance, Careful Use, Care, Appreciation & High Quality of my Electronic Items. Although they may request a higher price, rest assured you will be enjoying them for many years to come instead of having to bring them in to a service centre within a month of buying it. |
 | Q: How do you classify your items such as CDs & Vinyl? |
 | A: I have a massive private collection of music, a good percentage of which that are listed is surplus, double copies & bought on impulse. Hence a lot have been archived over the years without being played. Shuffling & Archiving scuffs CD cases & shows wear on vinyl jackets. However, rest assured that an item described as Unplayed IS Unplayed. |
 | Q: Do your CDs & Vinyl come in their Original Jewel Cases & Jackets? |
 | A: As is general practice, Yes. However, I may at times provide New Jewel Cases, Vinyl Sleeves or Jackets should I have stocks of these readily available, and if provided, there is NO Extra Charge to you. |
 | Q: What does NOS mean in your listings? |
 | A: NOS typically means 'New Old Stock'. This term is often used by traders to describe items that are basically Unplayed & Unused but doesn't appear to be in Mint Condition. So although the item is as such, there may be very slight imperfections like scuffs on a CD Case from archiving or handling which in no way affects the integrity of the CD itself. |
 | Q: My Assurance To You ... |
 | A: I sincerely assure you that when an item is listed as NOS & New, that it is indeed Unplayed and Previously Unused, despite it's physical appearance or the presence of superficial imperfections. eBay is a hobby which I am passionate about and I am not in it to make money, but to merely allow my music to be appreciated instead of sitting on shelves. |
