CHRISTMAS TIME

It’s that time of year again, Santa is on his way. As you can appreciate, there are a lot of people buying Christmas presents for their family and friends, so i maybe a little busy from now until after new years. I ask you to be patient with me in this time.

Xmas period postage

As mentioned, there are a lot of people who are buying presents, not only from me, but from all retailers both online and offline, which means that Australia Post (not me) will be pushed to the capacity. Experience tells me that delays are inevitable, so getting in early is the best option. However, if you have left it a little late, please follow these guidelines to ensure your gifts arrive before the big day.

EXPRESS POST: Before 17.12.08, particular our good friends in WA / SA / NT and Tassie.

We will do our best to have everyone’s items sent out and received prior to xmas day, but something’s are out of control. Anything purchased and paid for after the 17th December most likely will not be received.

General:

• Please remember everything is electronic these days. Problems may occur with service providers, such as bank websites, Paypal website, Ebay website, internet failure, computer malfunction, which may affect the procedure and efficiency of the sale, and that this will be out of my control.
• Please remember that I am only human, and have the ability to become sick, have family emergencies and other important things to attend to, and also unfortunately work a full time job. We will endeavour to answer emails and messages within 24 hours, and also process payments, and postage as quickly as humanly possible.
• Gift boxes are not included in the packaging, but are available for purchase. Please contact us for more information.
• Our Gold jewellery can be lengthened or shortened at a cost. You will need to advise the adjustment length and arrange payment prior to this being done. Silver jewellery cannot be adjusted.

Information:

• More than enough information is available in the terms and conditions and the listing to cover most of the questions asked.
• An email to your Ebay registered email account will be sent for: Winning bidders, Payment requests, Payment received, and postage notification. These emails are very informative, and will contain 99% of the information you request.

Payment:

• I will open a dispute 14 days after the sale ends if it remains unpaid, unless agreed upon.
• The dispute will be closed after 28 days. Should it get to this stage, an Unpaid Item Strike will be given, which can result in the immediate de-registration of your account with Ebay. This will not be lifted until confirmed payment by me and confirmed receipt of the goods by you.
• If no references are left with the Bank deposit or money order option, then we will not accept any responsibility for delays.

Exchange:

• I do have an exchange policy on items that are not what you thought they would be, or should the item be faulty.
• This will incur an additional cost, this is to cover additional paperwork, postage costs, handling, restocking items, packaging materials. Simply supplying a return post pack is not sufficient, the exchange will not be sent until the additional amount has been settled.
• All items are checked for quality prior to posting, we will not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds on damaged goods in transit.
• Only items that have a guarantee will be honoured. Please keep your warranty slip at the time of purchase to avoid disappointment.
• Ebay records are only kept for 90 days, so are mine. If you purchased your item after this time, no support can be given.
• All listings contain pictures of the actual item, therefore it is agreed upon that the item is as described.
• Must be approved by me prior to sending the item/s back.

Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds on the item, please choose carefully.
• There maybe a 0.5% chance on refunds, and they will only be granted in extenuating circumstances. This circumstance may or may not include only partial refund.
• Must be approved by me prior to sending the item/s back.

Bidding:

• Bidding on an item, as mentioned by Ebay at the time of submitting your bid, is a legally binding contract.
• The buy 4 items and get a free piece of jewellery offer only applies to 4 Buy It Now items only. Auction or second chance offers do not apply.

Postage:

• We will post your item within 2 business days of payment being received. (unless delays in allocation of payment is experienced).
• The postage option YOU have chosen is at your full responsibility. No items will be reposted or replaced at my expense.
• As we are only human, the odd mistake may happen. Please politely let me know if there seems to be an issue and I will resolve it to the best of my ability. (This is not applicable to postage times or failure to receive the item on general post or express post services).
• The postage times set out above are a guide only. I am not an Australian Post employee, I certainly do not have any influence on Australia post.
• Only items from the same store will be combined. I cannot combine orders from the other stores I operate.
• Combined postage will only be sent either registered post or express post. No compromise is acceptable.

Feedback:

• Will only be given after you supply feedback to me.
• Negative or neutral feedback is not always the outcome, if you are unhappy with something, I urge you to contact me. Remember I am only human and not necessarily the problem.
• It is important to supply feedback for the continued sales on Ebay.

Warranty:

• Warranty will only be supplied to those items that clearly state they are covered.
• Any item under warranty will need to be followed strictly to the warranty card.
• Will be processed as quickly as possible to avoid any further inconvenience.
• The item/s will only be replaced if the manufacturer feels that the item is covered by their warranty.
• Must be approved by me prior to sending the item/s back.
