UK buyers can pay with personal cheques adding 3.50 GBP for shipping.
US buyers can pay in cash with 9.00 GBP added for airmail shipping, and if you want to pay by cashiers cheque there is an additional charge of 9.00 GBP for cashing the cheque here in the UK.
