Q: Do you offer combined shipping?
A: Yes! Each listing states the s/h for the item and for each additional item. If it is not listed, please send me an email.
When you have completed your shopping, please wait for me to send you a revised invoice reflecting s/h discounts. All purchases must be paid together in order to receive a discount and payment must be received within 3 days of purchase.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! I ship Worldwide! 1st CLASS INTERNATIONAL
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Deliveries can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks so please be patient. You will be emailed the declaration number immediately after I print your postage.
If the buyer chooses 1st CLASS International service, please note there is no recourse for lost packages! Since the US Postal Service does not offer tracking service for International packages, there is no way for us to track lost packages, confirm delivery, or even file a claim with the postal service UNLESS you choose PRIORITY MAIL International and insurance.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive (U.S.) ?
A: We ship within 2 business days after payment is received/cleared through Pay Pal. U.S. 1st CLASS delivery takes anywhere from 2-14 days depending on location & time of year, but usually takes no longer than 2 to 5 days. Please note that Seller has absolutely no control over the postal service delivery times!

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Your business & satisfaction is extremely important to us. We carefully wrap and pack everything to insure safe transit. If you receive incorrect merchandise, please let us know within 2 days of your package receipt. We will be more than happy to correct the problem but please understand that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are not a retail brick & mortar establishment. I am able to offer super low prices for this reason. If you are not sure about a color , size and such, please check with your local drugstore or department store first.
